At the family level ( Figure 7B ), Veillonellaceae, Leptotrichiaceae, Actinomycetaceae, Fusobacteriaceae, and Micrococcaceae were significantly reduced in PSCI (all q < 0.05), while Streptococcaceae showed an increasing trend without reaching significance.
