Compared with subjects without MCI, those with MCI (MMSE defined, n=62) exhibited significantly higher nighttime ePWV (9.73 versus 9.40 m/s, P =0.040), with higher 24‐hour and daytime ePWV that did not reach statistical significance (n=561, 9.52 versus 9.30 m/s, P =0.067; 9.86 versus 9.60 m/s, P =0.085, respectively).
