Although the differences in the AUCs between the multivariable metabolite model and CRP did not reach statistical significance for the acute conditions pyometra, urinary tract infection, and canine infectious respiratory disease complex, the multivariable metabolite model consistently yielded higher AUC values than CRP across all studied conditions.
