These patients demonstrated poorer PFS (HR = 3.14, 95% CI: 2.07–4.78, p < 0.001), while the difference in OS did not reach statistical significance, although there was a trend towards reduced survival (HR = 1.57, 95% CI: 0.92–2.71, p = 0.096) ( Figure 3E and F ).
