At pathological examination, NAC infiltration was observed in 10 of 91 women in the CEM group (11.0%; 95% CI: 5.4–19.2) and in 20 of 104 women in the MRI group (19.2%; 95% CI: 12.1–28.1), a difference that did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.110).
