In contrast, in patients with fewer than 12 examined lymph nodes, the association between LNR and overall survival did not reach statistical significance, although the direction of the effect estimate was consistent with the primary analysis and was accompanied by wide confidence intervals, suggesting limited statistical power in this subgroup (Supplementary Table S4).
