For overall survival, PLR also showed no statistically significant association with mortality in either RDW stratum (low RDW: HR 0.92, 95% CI 0.57–1.47, p = 0.723; high RDW: HR 0.72, 95% CI 0.51–1.02, p = 0.068), and the RDW × PLR interaction did not reach statistical significance ( S6 and S7 Figs ).
