Compared with the antibody-negative group, the antibody-positive group had a significantly higher risk of mild cerebral edema (OR 4.14, 95% CI 1.10-15.59; P = 0.036), whereas the increased risk of moderate-to-severe cerebral edema did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.094).
