Although the overall comparison across the four time intervals did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.097 for OP/BP; p = 0.061 for OP/L), the comparison between P4 (≥24 months) and the combined earlier intervals (P1–P3) revealed statistically significant reduction in both OP/BP (2.8 ± 1.4 vs. 2.1 ± 1.1; p = 0.015) and OP/L (1.9 ± 0.9 vs. 1.4 ± 0.7; p = 0.012) ratios ( Table 2 ).
