Fourth, as shown in Supplementary Table S1 , caloric intake appeared to increase following the intervention; however, this change did not reach statistical significance and no significant changes in body weight or BMI were observed, suggesting that the dietary changes may not have substantially influenced the observed lipid outcomes.
