There is a graded decrease in response, with the complete LC-19 group of 10 samples showing a slight reduction that failed to reach statistical significance for the adjusted p -values, while a substantially greater reduction in those with more than 4 symptoms (75/90 wells, 83.3%, encompassing all compounds except dibutyryl-cAMP) and in those with a clinical LC-19 diagnosis (78/90 wells, 86.7%, including at least three concentrations for each metabolic effector) ( Figure 5 ).
