For the secondary outcomes, higher TyG values were directionally associated with an increased risk of myocardial no-reflow (aOR = 1.53; 95% CI: 0.92–2.53, p = 0.095) and distal embolization (aOR = 1.31; 95% CI: 0.85–2.01, p = 0.215), although these did not reach statistical significance.
