At 25 mg/L Cr(VI), significant upregulation was detected for HSP90AA1 , HSPA4 , HSPD1 , SOD1 , GPX1 , and GPX3 ( p < 0.001, p < 0.05, p < 0.01 and p < 0.001), whereas the expression changes in SIRT1 , SIRT2 , and SOD2 did not reach statistical significance ( p > 0.05).
