Serum troponin-I analysis: From baseline to 12-week follow-up During the treatment period, median serum troponin-I levels in patients with moderate-to-severe COPD ( n = 32) decreased from 1.17 pg/mL (IQR 1.00–1.52) to 1.09 pg/mL (IQR 0.95–1.21); however, this change did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.153).
