Although between-regimen differences were not statistically significant, mepolizumab 300 mg showed a numerical trend toward earlier glucocorticoid sparing (e.g., higher GC-free rates and fewer patients on higher GC doses at intermediate visits), which may reflect its preferential use in patients with systemic disease and its intended role in systemic disease management ( 6 , 7 ).
