For mRS 0–2, stenting was associated with higher point estimates for favorable outcome in patients with > 75% stenosis, although this difference did not reach statistical significance (adjusted RR 1.79, 95% CI 0.77–4.17; p = 0.17), and with a significantly lower likelihood of favorable outcome in patients with < 75% stenosis (adjusted RR 0.40, 95% CI 0.19–0.88; p = 0.02).
