Although clinically meaningful reductions in SBP were observed in the PRT group, between-group differences (–5.4 mmHg) did not reach statistical significance, and within-group reductions (–5.6 mmHg), while significant, should be interpreted as exploratory given the pilot design, and baseline SBP imbalance between groups.
