When comparing 2015–2019 with 2020–2023, the mean SMR decreased from 103.4 (95% CI: 98.2–108.6) to 98.3 (95% CI: 69.0–127.6) in men and from 104.8 (95% CI: 97.0–112.6) to 100.5 (95% CI: 87.3–113.7) in women, although these changes did not reach statistical significance (men: p = 0.63; women: p = 0.47).
