As far as the three natural accessions are concerned, we detected a clear trend for a greater similarity in the number of shared DEGs in several developmental stages and transitions in daily and seasonal timescales between Bon and Moj, the two early‐flowering accessions, than between each one of these accessions and Vel, the late‐flowering accession (Figs 3 and 5 ).
