Class II subjects had the narrowest nasopharyngeal widths at the level of the adenoids (22.76 ± 2.08 mm), oropharyngeal widths at the level of the tonsils (10.91 ± 2.53 mm) and uvula (9.51 ± 2.42 mm), hypopharyngeal (12.51 ± 2.96 mm), and minimum (9.10 ± 2.99 mm) airway depths, and the most inferiorly (71.52 ± 6.38 mm) and posteriorly (28.54 ± 3.63 mm) positioned hyoid bones among the groups, although most of these differences did not reach statistical significance.
