Specifically, the mean arterial branching angle continued to show a significant difference between the GH and PE groups (Bonferroni-adjusted p = 0.023), and the narrowing of arterial and venous calibers remained highly significant (all p < 0.001).
Further comparison between the GH group and the PE group revealed that the differences in most caliber indices and the arteriovenous ratio (AVR) between the two groups did not reach statistical significance (all p > 0.05), suggesting a high degree of consistency in their overall vasoconstriction patterns.
