Results indicate that across three subgroups, targeted drugs (TD) showed a significant trend toward reducing recurrence risk, with a pooled odds ratio of 0.19 (95% CI [0.06, 0.65]), reaching statistical significance (P = 0.008); induction chemotherapy (IC) had a pooled odds ratio of 0.75 (95% CI [0.55, 1.02], P = 0.07), which was not statistically significant but suggested a potentially beneficial direction; while radiotherapy (RT) showed a pooled OR of 1.83 (95% CI [1.05, 3.18], P = 0.03), statistically significant but with an effect direction suggesting this intervention may increase recurrence risk.
