Data were considered not significant ( p > 0.05, no asterisk), significant * ( p < 0.05), highly significant ** ( p < 0.01) and very highly significant *** ( p < 0.001) or **** ( p < 0.0001), and are expressed as the mean ± S.D.
From all mice generated, five corresponding mice (see Table 1 ) were analyzed for tumor volumes and survival times with a significant trend to show reduced tumor volumes and increased survival times in KPC A8KO mice (Fig S7), however this finding is not sufficiently powered due to the low number of KPC A8KO mice generated over the breeding period and due to the heterogeneity of the observed tumor characteristics.
