The latter case corresponded to 6545 (8.0%) and 75 748 (92.0%) sequences belonging to each group, respectively, suggesting a clear trend of association with group 2 for Pseudomonadota, i.e. the more diverging group of sequences to the domain centroid ( Supplementary Table S1A ).
