Taken together, these studies highlight the necessity to quantify cellular abundance of individual signaling elements in the Wnt canonical pathway, as the cellular abundance is dynamic and the changes can be quite significant ( e.g ., OA-stimulated a ~4-fold change in the cellular content of Axin and phospho-GSK3β).
