In a further data set [ 30 ] where only 85 samples (18 ER- and 56 ER+) were available the predicted low-GII subclass had only 4 ER+ and 3 ER- samples (and 3 samples had missing ER information), which did not reach statistical significance, but suggested to us that it possibly would if more samples were available.
