In the small number of patients with ER α -positive grade 3 tumours ( n =43), there was a trend for AGR2 to be associated with poorer survival, but this did not reach statistical significance (log rank test, P =0.1; Wilcoxon test χ 2 =1.9, 1 d.f., P =0.2).
