Two studies mentioned that p27 was strongly reduced in endometrial carcinoma ( Ahn et al , 1998 ; Bamberger et al , 1999 ), whereas a recent study showed a trend of increased p27 protein staining with high grade endometrial carcinoma ( Nycum et al , 2001 ). p27 expression in endometrial carcinoma still remains contradictory.
