Although gestational duration showed a negative trend for both histological groups, we found that short duration of gestation was significantly associated with non-seminomas (OR: 1.88, 95% CI: 1.15–3.09), whereas a protective effect of long gestational duration was confined to seminomas (OR: 0.67, 95% CI: 0.47–0.97).
