Children with head injury before age 2 were diagnosed as having ADHD at a slightly younger median age (6.2 (interquartile range 4.0-8.0) years) than children with burn injury (6.8 (4.8-9.0) years) or the comparison group (6.9 (4.6-8.8) years); however, this difference did not reach statistical significance (P=0.07).
