Concerning 'per capita income', though, a clear trend emerges (see Figure 3 ): In autumn 2005, i.e. the survey with the highest percentage of delayers and avoiders, this percentage is 67.9% among those with very little income (less than 600 Euro), compared to 'only' 42.6% among those with very high income (more than 1,300 Euro).
