Comparing the categorical variables before and after ablation in AVNRT patients, applying the McNemar-Test we found a highly significant improvement with respect to state of health (p<0.0005) in this large patient group (Figure 3 , Panel A).
Regarding the single aspects of well-being, we found highly significant improvements in daily (hobbies and work at home, p<0.0005) and social life (p<0.039). Professional life and participation in sports as well showed a trend towards improvement; however, this difference was not significant (p>0.05).
