Analysis of the impact of solvent on contacts prediction in proteins.

Our results show that, despite a partial interdependence of both WET and DRY matrices, there is a clear trend pointing that a combination of these two matrices yields improved predictions over the single use of the DRY matrix for both intra- and interdomain contacts.
