Regression analysis shows that the proportion of highly resolved nodes in these studies is significantly and positively correlated with matrix length (F 1,96 = 18.032; r 2 = 0.149; P < 0.0001) but not the number of included taxa (F 1,97 = 0.546; r 2 = 0.006; P = 0.461), although there was a negative trend in the latter (Figure 7B, C ).
