Although the differences did not reach statistical significance ( P =0.15), the median PFS and PFS-6 were 16.7 weeks (95% CI, 8.3–130.3) and 40% (95% CI, 5.2–75.3%) for patients with increased c-KIT copy number compared with 8.5 weeks (95% CI, 7.9–16.1) and 10% (95% CI, 0.6–35.8) for those with normal copy number.
