Among subgroups of NSAIDs, risk of pancreatic cancer was lowest among users of COX-2 inhibitors and oxicams but the reductions in risk did not reach statistical significance; adjusted ORs (95% CI), 0.80 (0.56–1.11) and 0.67 (0.43–1.03), respectively for use in the 5 years before diagnosis.
