Interestingly, in our recent study we showed that DOCK5 is located in the most significant region of copy number loss in osteosarcoma 8p21.2-p21.3 [ 19 ] along with the TNFRSF10A gene, for which we see an overall trend of loss of expression in our current study.
Furthermore, RUNX2 expression showed a trend towards overexpression going from normal osteoblasts to favorable responders to chemotherapy and then to unfavorable responders to chemotherapy (Figure 1 ).
