Three moderately significant SNPs were identified on chromosome 12 at positions 69663832, 69599639 and 68553182 with p-values of 1.04 e-06, 1.44 e-06 and 1.50 e-05 and explained 0.48% 0.46% and 0.38% of the phenotypic variance respectively ( Table 1 ).
