The increase did not reach statistical significance in the 0–4 and 5–11 age-groups, separately, but when these two groups were combined the increase, from 1.6% (95% CI 0.0–4.7) to 13.7% (95% CI 9.9–17.6); difference 12.1% (p = 0.006, Rao-Scott Chi squared test) was highly significant.
