A clear trend indicating a reduction of median TFS and OS was observed, and a Kruskal-Wallis test demonstrated that this qPCR score could find at least two distinct subgroups with significantly different TFS [in good ( P<0.0001 ) and poor ( P<0.0001 ) subgroups] or OS [in good ( P = 0.0012 ) and poor ( P<0.0001 ) subgroups].
