There is no previous data on HIV-1G tropism, thus it was interesting to note that all the five methods showed a trend toward higher usage of CXCR4 in HIV-1G in comparison to CRF02_AG and individually, was found to be statistically significant (p = 0.007, Fisher's exact test) using the combined criterion ( Figure 3b ), which has previously been shown to perform best for the prediction of CRF02_AG coreceptor usage [41] .
