As shown in Table II , the average number of probes on which gain (≥3) was detected was significantly higher in cluster A than in clusters B 1 and B 2 ( P = 0.0153), whereas the difference in the average number of probes on which loss (1 or 0) was detected among clusters A, B 1 and B 2 did not reach statistical significance.
