There was a clear trend for an increase in mean overall performance (left panel) between testing at 7 months of age and 15 months of age which was significant for the control mice and the Swede mice (Spearman, 0.89≤ r s ≤0.94, p<0.05), but fell short of significance for the Tau mice (Spearman, r s = 0.66, p>0.05).
