Finally, intracellular choline levels were elevated to 194% ± 81% of control with treatment, from 1.1 ± 0.5 fmol/cell in control cells to 2.1 ± 0.8 fmol/cell in 17-AAG-treated cells, although this change did not reach statistical significance ( n = 3, P = 0.15).
