There was a trend to longer relapse-free survival in our restricted patient sample of HER2/neu-positive patients treated with 1 year sequential trastuzumab after chemotherapy compared to a patient sample not receiving trastuzumab therapy; however, this did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 2 ).
