Although these greater increases did not reach statistical significance, they were enough both to increase the OA leg knee curl and calf raise muscle strength of OKG subjects to levels similar to those of OG subjects and to reduce the leg press muscle strength deficit between the OA leg of OKG subjects and the dominant leg of OG subjects.
