Correlates of prevalent high- and low-risk HPV in HIV-positive women Among the 126 HIV-positive women with no cervical abnormalities who attended the Year 2 visit and had HPV results, prevalent HR-HPV was associated with concurrent LR-HPV infection in uni- and multivariable models (Table 1 ) There was some evidence of an increased risk of HR-HPV detection among women never/inconsistently using condoms, although this did not reach statistical significance in multivariable model.
