Although the data quality varies depending on the phenotype, four consistent thresholds were used for ease of comparison: a weakly significant set (WS, p GWA ≤ 10 -3 ), a moderately-weak significant set (MWS, p GWA ≤ 10 -4 ), a moderately-high significant set (MHS, P GWA ≤ 10 -5 ), and a highly significant SNP set (HS, p GWA < 5 × 10 -7 ).
