Other alterations in comparison of clinorotated and 1 g control samples could not be detected and, despite some slightly significant gravity-dependent effects in cdc25C protein expression after 10 min, there were no substantial differences in phosphorylation of cdc2 (Tyr15), cdc25 (Ser216) and cyclinB1 (Ser147) in Jurkat T cells between clinorotated and 1 g control samples in the time frame of 1-10 min.
