A decreasing trend of cardiac index was detected in the BMC group compared to controls (−0.2 ± 0.4 vs. 0.4 ± 0.7 L/min/m 2 , p = 0.06).
A decreasing trend of cardiac index was detected in the BMC group compared to controls (−0.2 ± 0.4 vs. 0.4 ± 0.7 L/min/m 2 , p = 0.06).
Our study showed a trend of improved 18 F-FDG uptake in the area at risk during 6 months follow-up in the BMC group compared to placebo ( p = 0.07), but FDG-defect size was comparable in the two groups ( p = 0.52).
However, we observed a positive trend of decreasing [ 11 C]HED defect size in the BMC group (−4.9 ± 4.0 vs. −1.6 ± 2.2, p = 0.08).
